Duties
Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble meals according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation are top-notch
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, to accurately process orders and payments
Manage food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen setting
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and confidence, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain proper food safety practices by adhering to sanitation standards and food industry regulations




Assist in managing time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Strong understanding of food preparation, food handling, and sanitation standards in the food industry
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and order processing
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures
Experience in serving or cashiering roles is advantageous; a background in the food industry helps you hit the ground running
