Our client is a growing international company looking for a Logistics Coordinator – Last Mile to manage the coordination of frozen imports into North America and oversee shipments from inventory to customers across the U.S. This is a hands‑on role where you'll work closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouses and internal teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Your responsibilities
Coordinate frozen import shipments from around the world into North America.
Coordinate outbound shipments from inventory to customers, from A to Z.
Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and trucking providers.
Follow up on customs and FDA releases.
Troubleshoot shipment and supply chain issues and proactively resolve service problems.
Communicate with internal teams including Customer Service, Supply Chain and Accounting.
Help ensure excellent service levels in a fast‑paced, growing environment.

What we're looking for
Fluent English, written and spoken, as the role supports the U.S. market.
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or a related field.




Strong communication and organizational skills.
Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
A proactive, assertive and solution‑oriented approach.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Ability to thrive in a quick‑paced environment.
Solid computer skills; Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience with SAP and/or EDI is an asset.
Comfortable working with technology and online logistics platforms.
