Looking for cooks who want to learn and be part of passionate team dedicated to their craft and passionate about food. Lou's will have an exciting seasonal menu featuring engaging and seasonal products. We will focus on daily bread baking, fresh pasta, whole animal butchery and a robust pastry program.
Must have cooking experience or be very passionate about food and willing to learn
