You're expected to leverage your expertise in family-centered care, assessment, and treatment. Your contributions will help shape high-quality outcomes in the Perinatal and Paediatric Program, which integrates care across multiple settings. Key Responsibilities:
Lead patient care as MRP for newborns
Conduct assessments and clinical management for newborns
Identify and address neonatal health concerns
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Provide education to parents on newborn care Requirements:
Master’s degree in nursing required
Registration with CNO in Extended Class
Minimum of 3 years' nursing experience
Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Deliver expert newborn care and thrive in a team-oriented workplace at Quinte Health.
