Order Execution: Cook and prep food items accurately and efficiently according to recipe standards and ticket orders.
Plate Presentation: Ensure consistent food quality, proper portion sizes, and clean presentation for every dish leaving your station.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and temperature logging standards (ServSafe).
Stock & Inventory: Practice FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation, track station waste, and notify management of inventory needs.
Kitchen Sanitation: Keep workstation clean and organized throughout the shift; complete opening, shift-change, and closing cleaning checklists.
Team Collaboration: Communicate ticket status effectively with expo and team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
