Oversee production processes at PPG as a Line Leader during the midnight shift. Lead team activities, ensure safety standards, and drive operational efficiency every night. As a Line Leader reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate daily operations on the assigned shift.

Your responsibilities include leading a team, promoting compliance with company policies, and evaluating employee performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in quality management systems and lean manufacturing methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
Lead line startup and shutdown operations
Coach and evaluate production employees regularly
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Monitor productivity against operational targets
Conduct team meetings to communicate objectives Requirements:
Knowledge of TS 16949 and continuous improvement
Experience in supervisory roles within manufacturing
Solid planning and performance metrics skills
