Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and prep stations.
Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold high standards of food quality.

Experience
Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols.
Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure secure storage, preparation, and serving of ingredients.
Experience in meal preparation across various cuisines or menu types is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Strong understanding of the importance of serving guests promptly with a positive attitude.
