This hands-on role focuses on creating compelling designs and animations while ensuring alignment with client goals. You will oversee the production process, from storyboarding to final asset creation, in collaboration with clients and your team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of motion designers
Craft storyboards and polished styleframes




Create 2D and 3D animations for marketing campaigns
Engage with clients to interpret needs and provide insights
Contribute to budgeting and resource planning Requirements:
8+ years in motion design, 3+ years in leadership
Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Adobe Suite
