Duties
Pack meat products accurately and efficiently according to specified standards and weight requirements
Operate packaging machinery and equipment with mechanical knowledge to ensure smooth production flow
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols
Assist in meat cutting and processing tasks as needed, supporting the butchery team
Inspect products for quality, freshness, and compliance with safety standards before packaging




Follow all safety procedures and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination or accidents
Document packaging processes, batch numbers, and quality checks for traceability

Skills
Experience in packaging within the manufacturing or food industry is highly desirable
Knowledge of food processing techniques and meat cutting practices
Strong understanding of sanitation standards and food safety regulations
Mechanical aptitude to operate packaging machinery and troubleshoot basic issues
Familiarity with butchery or meat handling enhances efficiency in the role
Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation are essential for success
