Working experience in End-To-End call flow analysis, service assurance and KPI analysis.
Analyzing and configuring system after upgrade/installation.
Hands on expertise in DHCP, DNS, Infoblox, DNSSEC, Infoblox Grid Manager, NIOS, and BloxOne
Working Knowledge on LTE, VoLTE signaling call flows.
Valuable working experience with VOIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SDP, RTCP) and IMS (DIAMETER).
Hands on experience in Diameter interface like Cx,Dx,Sh,Rx,Rf,Ro and SIP interface GM, MW, and ISC.
Working experience on Test Management and monitoring tools such as HP QC, JIRA.
Knowledge in LTE architecture and interfaces.
Basic knowledge, Training & architecture overview of 5G
Working Experience as IMS/Cloud Engineer of AudioCodes SBC deployment over cloud
