Counsel, you will provide strategic legal guidance while developing insurance products and warranties. In this pivotal role, your expertise will bridge business and legal frameworks, guiding our multidisciplinary teams. You will provide explicit, practical advice while supporting regulatory compliance and product enhancement. Provide business-focused legal advice to partners
Conduct legal and regulatory analyses in insurance
Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements
Collaborate with Compliance and Risk Management teams
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
Law degree and member of Barreau du Québec
Five or more years of relevant legal experience
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and judgment abilities
