Confidential Job Posting: Maintenance Director A well-established organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations and housekeeping functions of our facility. This is a confidential search for a leadership role with responsibility for maintaining building systems, managing maintenance contracts, and ensuring a safe, productive, and well-maintained setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the building, including common areas, grounds, and pool
Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize disruption to regular business operations
Respond to facility-related issues and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Supervise and support maintenance and housekeeping staff
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building codes
Handle emergency situations and repairs as needed

Qualifications:




Proven experience maintaining building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and self-direct
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Supervisory experience in a facility or property management setting
Knowledge of safety regulations and preventative maintenance best practices
