We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our Office Assistant team. The successful candidate will have a background in office administration and enjoy performing routine clerical work. Office Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers' inquiries and questions, and they also perform administrative functions such as filing, organizing incoming and outgoing documents, and maintaining office equipment.



We're seeking an outgoing professional who can make an immediate impact in our rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities
Communicating with current and returning customers about their service requirements
Processing work orders and invoicing for accounts payable using Quickbooks
Using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word to make up customer quotes
Process vendor and supplier payments
Track and prepare employees' time sheets for payroll
Must be able to multitask and have strong organizational skills to maintain service calls
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Keeping track of office supplies and materials needed in the office

Job Type: Full time Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
