Trackless Vehicles is currently hiring for a Manufacturing Assembler to join our team.

The Manufacturing Assembler supports daily plant operations by assembling MT tractors and attachments accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Assemble parts and components according to company specifications and work instructions.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely.
Inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and report defects or non-conforming parts to supervisors or lead hands.
Label and organize parts and finished components accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace.
Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.




Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with mechanical systems preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues (asset).
Experience operating overhead cranes (asset).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Schedule Full-time permanent position, 43.5 hours per week

Monday to Thursday, 7:00am-4:30pm

Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Work Setting: Warehouse/manufacturing environment

Physical Demands
Occasionally required to lift 50 lbs.
Required to remain standing for long periods of time
Exposure to cold, heat, and noise
