You will be accountable for providing nursing care, supervising support staff, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Your role will include continuous assessment and communication with residents and families to uphold their comfort and dignity. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care per established policies and physician orders
Ensure excellent personal care through sound nursing practices

Oversee resident care and guide support staff
Conduct ongoing assessments for resident admissions and changes Requirements:
Must be in positive standing with the College of LPNs of Alberta
Experience in Geriatrics or senior care is an asset
Strong judgment and risk identification skills
