Coordinate learning programs and online sessions from start to finish
Manage project plans, schedules, and program documentation
Draft communications, agendas, and meeting minutes
Liaise with speakers, participants, and internal teams
Track attendance, registrations, and evaluations Requirements:
Post-secondary education in adult learning or related field
Minimum one year of learning coordination experience
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
