• Manage full project lifecycles for complex Design-Build projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 7+ years in the transportation sector
• Proven success in business development
• Expertise in contract negotiations and pricing
• High ethical standards and team-oriented leadership style
