This full time winter seasonal role is for a Lead Base Area Operator who will supervise frontline teams and oversee cleaning, parking, and snow removal operations. You will play a vital part in maintaining the resort’s standards, promoting teamwork, and fostering positive guest relations. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and detailed operational knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise frontline crews and manage daily operations

• Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols
• Maintain documentation of operations and incidents

Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms
• Valid BC driver's license with a clean abstract
• Ability to perform under pressure and independently
• Previous leadership experience preferred
