Relocation Prospect - Cayman Islands *

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a recent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within an established financial services firm. The successful candidate will oversee the project from planning through to go-live, ensuring the system meets business requirements, improves operational efficiency, and is delivered on time and within budget. This will be a fixed term contract of 12 months (potentially extending to 15 months).

Salary Range: US$120-160k

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end ERP implementation, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.
Work closely with senior management, internal teams, and external software vendors or consultants to define requirements and project objectives.
Coordinate system configuration, data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).




Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.
Oversee staff training, change management, and the transition to the new system.
Ensure the ERP solution supports the firm's financial, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects from inception through to go-live.
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
Experience working with ERP platforms and coordinating external technology vendors.
Understanding of financial services operations, accounting, or regulatory settings would be advantageous.
Ability to work independently and manage a hands-on project within a small organisation.
