Job Summary – IT Manager (ERP Systems – Epicor 21)
Oversee and manage the performance and stability of the Epicor 21 ERP platform for distribution and supply-chain operations.
Lead ERP configuration, customization, upgrades, patches, and system integrations.
Support and optimize core business functions including inventory, purchasing, order management, warehouse, and finance.
Supervise and mentor IT staff; manage external vendors and consulting partners.
Gather and analyze business requirements to drive system enhancements and process improvements.
Ensure data integrity, security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and effective.
Oversee IT budgets, software licensing, and vendor contract management.
Deliver reporting and analytics to aid business decision-making.
Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to align technology with business needs.
Maintain robust communication with stakeholders and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
