Responsibilities
Assist the architects and senior team members in project design
2D and 3D visualizations
Construction detailing and researching appropriate materials
Validate plans with project programs and apply the code analyses prepared by senior architects
Review existing documentation and visit sites in order to gather data for the preparation of architectural drawings, documentation, models and visualizations
Actively maintaining and progressing the skilled requirements for provincial internship

Qualifications




Accredited skilled architectural degree from a CACB recognized University
Registration in, or eligibility to register in, a provincial qualified internship program;
2+ years of relevant experience in an Architectural consulting firm is nice to have
Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam are nice to have
Preference given to candidates with knowledge of visualization software (Sketchup, VRay, Enscape); Adobe Creative Suite and Generative Design Tools.
Rhino, Grasshopper, Veras and other parametric and AI design tools are nice to have
Portfolio of applicants work is required

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $60,100 - $79,600
MB & ON: $54,800 - $75,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $54,200 - $72,000
