Requirements:
Strong troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Teams
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Must be MS-700 certified.
IT desktop/helpdesk support experience
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
Must be available to work onsite in Toronto
