Duties include:
Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
Perform regular preventative maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment.
Oversee mechanical projects from start to finish.
Complete routine generated work order requests for repairs and maintenance.

Preference will be given to candidates who have some or all of the following:
5 years of mechanical HVAC, refrigeration,



troubleshooting
Valid trade certifications (or active apprenticeship registration)
B Gas certification
Knowledge of Electrical Control system wiring
Valid class 5 drivers license
Safety tickets such as WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid
