Develop and maintain employment policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation




Coordinate the recruitment process from posting to offers
Counsel on policies and employment legislation
Support onboarding and staff training Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources or related field
CHRL or CHRE designation, or progress towards it
6+ years of HR experience across multiple areas
Solid knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
