Become the key contact for parts customers as an Inside Sales Representative located in Moncton, NB. This full time in office position combines customer interaction and warehouse coordination for woodworking industry success. As the Inside Sales Representative – Parts & Warehouse, you'll manage parts inquiries from Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime provinces.

You'll efficiently quote, process orders, and ensure timely delivery updates to customers. Collaborating with the Vice-President of Sales, you'll also flag sales leads and maintain accurate records in both the CRM and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls for parts from various provinces
Enter purchase and sales orders in Navision ERP




Track supplier orders and update customers on delivery
Direct inquiries and flag leads for Account Representatives
Ship and receive machines, parts, and supplies Requirements:
Required experience in parts sales and customer service
Shipping and receiving expertise
Valid driver’s license and forklift certification
Woodworking machinery knowledge is an asset
Bilingual proficiency in English/French is a plus Support customer satisfaction and generate sales leads in a agile role that blends office and warehouse responsibilities.
