As an Inside Sales Representative, your main duties will revolve around acquiring new accounts and building relationships through suggestive selling techniques. You'll also manage customer orders, telephone inquiries, and ensure productive communication between customers and various departments during your shifts, working approximately 80% in the office. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls to assist customers with rental needs
Create rental reservations and schedule equipment pickups




Assist walk-in customers and vendors in a qualified manner
Help customers select appropriate equipment for their tasks
Communicate with the yard about equipment loading/unloading Requirements:
2 years of Customer Service experience required
2 years of Inside Sales experience preferred
Robust relationship-building and sales abilities
Comfortable with independent and team tasks
