Join Charger Logistics as an HR Generalist in Brampton. This bilingual role focuses on supporting HR functions for diverse teams, enhancing employee relations, and HR administration. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to strengthen our HR department.

You will serve as the initial contact for employee inquiries and facilitate the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. This position requires a solid understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and compliance with Ontario legislation. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to employee questions about perks and policies
Assist with employee relations documentation and meetings
Coordinate onboarding for recent hires and manage records
Process payroll changes and track leaves of absence
Prepare HR reports on turnover and attendance Requirements:
2–4 years of HR Generalist experience
Knowledge of Ontario employment laws and HR processes
Experience with HRIS; Workday is beneficial
Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
