Drive impact measurement and knowledge management at Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA) as the IKM Lead. Ensure data integration and high-quality reporting while making a difference in agri-food systems. In this full time remote role, you'll operationalize MEDA’s IKM strategy while collaborating with various teams to enhance performance reporting and knowledge generation.

You'll support the Director by improving impact measurement systems, coordinating databases, and synthesizing data to illustrate MEDA's contributions to communities and economies. Key Responsibilities:
Strengthen organization-wide impact measurement frameworks
Develop and manage measurement standards aligned with strategic plans




Coordinate streamlining of databases for reporting
Lead quarterly performance report consolidations
Support technical teams in developing research products Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Minimum 7 years of experience in international development
Expertise in data integration and analytics software
Solid communication skills for simplifying complex ideas
Willingness to travel internationally for project needs Leverage your expertise in impact measurement and data integration to support MEDA's mission in poverty alleviation.
