At Schaeffler, we are seeking a full time Grinding Operator responsible for setting up and operating machinery, including CNC and manual equipment. Your role will require problem-solving capabilities, quality inspection, and teaching fellow operators. You will also maintain production data accurately and ensure pristine workspace conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate various production processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Perform inspection using precision measuring tools
• Train other operators in processes
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and 5S

Requirements:
• High school diploma (Grade 12)
• Competency as a Grinding Set Up Operator
• Ability to read production prints
• Adequate computer skills for access to procedures
• Pass Canadian Controlled Goods Assessment
