Aplin is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Associate to join a premier Alberta practice in Edmonton. The role offers exposure to sophisticated commercial transactions, including real estate development, lending and finance, corporate reorganizations, and complex agreements.
You will work with partners on large matters while managing your own files and client relationships, developing ownership of major transactions and long-term client growth.
