Reporting to the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging, you will be responsible for executing radiological procedures essential for medical diagnosis. You will troubleshoot equipment, assess requisitions, and liaise with medical staff in the Operating Room (OR). Strong communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills will be vital as you ensure quality imaging while minimizing radiation exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform radiological procedures as required in the OR and X-ray department
• Troubleshoot diagnostic equipment to ensure functionality




• Assess requisitions and obtain necessary patient information
• Coordinate with Radiologist and Surgeon during procedures
• Maintain patient communication and preparation prior to exams

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Radiological Technology program
• Current registration with NSCMIRTP required
• Recent BLS certification from the Heart and Stroke Foundation
• Pediatric imaging experience is an asset
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills required
