The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a technical field, fostering collaboration across global teams to enhance product quality. You will engage in trial runs, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and verify initial prototype models for new products
• Document production trial insights and recommend improvements
• Modify specialized components for R&D; and Operating Centres
• Assist in preparing assembly instructions and drawings
• Maintain prototype area inventory proactively

Requirements:
• 5+ years in prototype, manufacturing, or technical roles
• Robust analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with regulated environments is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to work in team settings
