Life Without Barriers is seeking a House Manager for a residential care home in Geraldton to oversee daily operations, ensure a safe, therapeutic setting, and lead a team of residential support workers to help children and young people thrive.
You will implement CARE and therapeutic care plans, supervise staff, liaise with families, maintain records, and uphold service standards while modelling compassionate, trauma-informed practice.
