Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze training needs across concentrator sectors
• Design and develop training and development plans




• Deliver trainings and supervise internal trainers
• Evaluate participants’ training outcomes and recommend promotions
• Maintain training data tracking system and provide user training

Requirements:
• College diploma in metallurgy or related field
• Five years of industrial training experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SIMS, SAP
• Knowledge of English is a plus
• Relevant certifications may be considered
