Responsibilities
Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
Install and service lighting, switches, receptacles, panels, and wiring
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work setting
Report project progress, deficiencies, or site concerns

Requirements
Must operate as an Independent Contractor (not an employee)
Valid Business Registration
Valid GST/HST Number (Ontario) or GST/QST Registration (Quebec)




Current Commercial General Liability Insurance
Reliable transportation
Own tools and equipment required to perform electrical work
Valid electrical trade qualifications and licences required by your jurisdiction
Experience in residential electrical work preferred
Quebec Contractors Must Also Provide: Valid NEQ (Numéro d'entreprise du Québec); Current CNESST registration and proof of compliance; Proof of CNESST coverage or exemption; Certificate of Insurance confirming coverage in Quebec
Ontario Contractors Must Also Provide: Current WSIB Clearance Certificate, where applicable

Compensation
