Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients in group and individual activities
• Monitor and document clients’ behavioral observations
• Facilitate client transfers to appointments and programs
• Ensure the safety and organization of the unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements:
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent
• Personal Care Worker Certificate or pursuing health-related study
• Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Empathy towards diverse clients and backgrounds
• Bilingualism and CPR certification are assets
