At Mountainview Lodge, we are seeking a Registered Care Aide to join our multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the Manager. This role involves providing resident-centred care in compliance with established policies and procedures. You will perform essential nursing tasks and assist residents with their daily personal and recreational needs, ensuring a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide resident care in line with care philosophy
• Take vital signs: temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Transport residents as required
• Perform clerical duties related to care

Requirements:
• Current registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
• Experience in resident-centred care is preferred
• Ability to perform nursing procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to the values of Northern Health
