As an Insurance Advisor, you will support new and returning clients through phone and walk-in inquiries. Successful candidates will demonstrate problem-solving skills, identify additional business opportunities, and help clients with all insurance-related needs. You will also ensure the office's organization and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services available.

Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel clients on insurance needs and prepare comprehensive quotes
• Follow up on client referrals and collaborate with staff
• Manage claims, applications,



and policy paperwork accurately
• Develop and promote knowledge of insurance products
• Maintain office tidiness and manage inventory supplies

Requirements:
• Level 1 Insurance License or equivalent within 6 months
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in service sectors
• Solid communication skills and client-focused approach
• Comfort with technology and office programs
• Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday
