In this position, you will be integral to the Forensic Outpatient Program. Your responsibilities include conducting forensic assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with an inter-skilled team. As a candidate, you should bring at least three years of recent mental health nursing experience, along with a robust commitment to mental health advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct forensic nursing assessments and risk evaluations
• Develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans
• Engage in case management across multidisciplinary teams




• Maintain precise documentation of interventions and outcomes
• Provide consultative interventions in housing and financial matters

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CNA certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing
• Minimum of three years in mental health nursing
• Ability to apply Mental Health Act and confidentiality standards
• Valid Ontario Driver's License required
