Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging group and personal activities for Community Members
• Organize and prepare materials for activities
• Assist in planning activities to enhance quality of life




• Maintain documentation and evaluate program plans
• Conduct regular reviews of the Lifestyle program with the manager

Requirements:
• Experience in facilitating activation programs
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to older adults' needs
• Satisfactory criminal check and driver’s license preferred
