As a Kids Supervisor, you will manage activities for children aged three months to 11 years, providing enriching storytelling, crafts, and games. Successful candidates will need strong communication skills and prior experience working with children. Additionally, ensuring safety and a welcoming atmosphere is paramount in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and interact with children and parents professionally
• Engage kids in fun storytelling and arts and crafts
• Monitor play areas to maintain health and safety




• Maintain operational documents and cleanliness checklists
• Promote Life Time Kids programs and services
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications
• First Aid and CPR certifications within first 60 days
• Preferred experience with group activities for children
• Solid customer service and communication skills
