Investment Banking - Reconciliation Administrator

100% Onsite Downtown Toronto

Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm

$25- 28/hour

Duties:
Reconciliation of mutual funds and cash · Assist to reconcile mutual fund cash and position accounts daily between our book of records and Fundserv (Myserv), Cash, NSM and Web Services)
Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly to minimize risk and ensure operational accuracy.
Monitor and manage outstanding breaks, escalating issues when necessary.

Education & Experience
Post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline
Past experience within the financial services industry with financial reconciliation/adjustments on client accounts
Mutual funds/securities knowledge and related industry courses (CSC,



IFIC Operations, etc.) is an asset - FundServ experience including MyServ
Working knowledge of day-to-day operations/administration of client accounts, with solid analytical, problem solving skills
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and deliver high quality work under pressure
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Positive communication skills (verbal and written)
Adaptability to change and technology-driven settings.
