Fraser Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Ridge Meadows Hospital in Maple Ridge, BC. You will deliver direct patient care in an acute medical unit, coordinate nursing activities, and collaborate with an interprofessional care team to ensure patient-centered outcomes.

You will assess, plan, and evaluate care, educate patients and families, and participate in discharge planning and quality improvement initiatives. A BC RN with BCCNM registration is required.
