Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled IBM Maximo / MAS Developer with extensive experience in leading upgrades and migrations, designing solutions, and supporting integrations. This role is pivotal in transforming and modernizing our systems within the Travel & Transportation industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10 years of experience in IBM Maximo / MAS development
Proven experience with Maximo 7.6.x to MAS 9.x upgrades and migrations
Expertise in designing, developing, and configuring Maximo Manage/MAS solutions
Strong skills in Automation Scripts (Python/Jython), MBO Framework, and Application Designer
Prior work experience in the Travel & Transportation industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Complex enterprise Maximo 7.6.x → MAS 9.x transformation experience
Solid MAS 9.x modernization/configuration experience
End-to-end ownership of migration → SIT → UAT → cutover → production stabilization





Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead Maximo 7.6.x to MAS 9.x upgrades and migrations, including assessment, customization remediation, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-production support
Design, develop, and configure Maximo Manage/MAS solutions using various tools and frameworks
Modernize legacy Java customizations by converting them into MAS-supported configurations
Develop and support Maximo integrations using MIF, REST APIs, OSLC, Enterprise Services, and Publish Channels
Collaborate with business, technical, and project stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery
