We're partnering with a well-established global organization to hire an IT Specialist who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys solving technical challenges while delivering exceptional end-user support.

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting complex technical issues, coordinating hardware and software deployments, managing technology assets, and contributing to ongoing IT projects. You'll work closely with both local stakeholders and a broader global IT team to ensure a seamless technology experience.

What we're looking for: • 3+ years of desktop support experience in a Windows environment
Robust experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows devices, iPhones, and iPads
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and video conferencing technologies
Strong customer service and communication skills




Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with vendors and supporting IT projects is an asset

What you'll be doing: • Providing technical support to end users and resolving complex IT issues
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, printers, and network equipment
Coordinating hardware upgrades and technology rollouts
Managing hardware inventories, software licenses, and documentation
Supporting conference room technology and collaboration tools
Working with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery
