Design the national resource mobilization strategy
Represent IOM in political and policy discussions




Maximize IOM visibility among stakeholders
Lead donor engagement initiatives and funding efforts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on donor priorities Requirements:
Master's degree in related fields with 10 years’ experience
Senior-level donor relations and policy dialogue expertise
Proven resource mobilization skills across donor types
Experience managing project budgets effectively
