We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant and Toddler Teacher (IT/ECE) to join our team at Junior Einstein's Academy Ltd.

As a Learning Facilitator. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
Program Development and Implementation
Collaborate with our experienced educators to design and deliver high-quality programs that promote the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
Lead activities that foster a love for learning, creativity, and exploration.
Child Support and Care
Provide individualized support to children, addressing their unique needs and interests.
Engage children in activities that promote physical activity, socialization, and emotional well-being.
Communication and Teamwork
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive environment.
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.




Administrative Tasks
Assist with record-keeping, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements
Education and Experience
Early Childhood Education (IT/ECE) Certificate or equivalent.
Experience working with children in a educational setting is an asset.
Certifications and Training
Cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for diverse groups.
Language and Work Environment
Fluency in English is required.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with a diverse group of children and staff.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
