Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and organized Interior Design & Selections Coordinator to support our team on an as-needed basis.

This role is ideal for someone with residential design experience who is looking for adaptable work and enjoys helping homeowners make confident selections for their recent home.

Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners for interior and exterior selection appointments
Assist clients with choosing finishes, colours and materials
Coordinate selections such as cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, paint, plumbing fixtures, lighting and hardware
Help clients create a cohesive look that reflects their style and budget
Document selections clearly and accurately
Communicate selections and changes to the Sunview team, suppliers and trades
Assist with selections for spec homes and showhomes as required
Review plans and specifications when needed to ensure selections are properly reflected

What We're Looking For
Experience or education in interior design,



interior decorating or residential design
Robust eye for colour, finishes and overall design
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working directly with homeowners
Ability to work independently
Residential construction or new-home selections experience is considered an asset
Reliable transportation

Position Details

Job Type: Casual / Part-Time

Hours: As needed, based on homeowner appointments and project requirements

Location: Calgary and surrounding communities

This position does not have guaranteed weekly hours at this time. Scheduling will vary based on active projects and homeowner selection needs.
