Title: Java FS Developer (React)

Location: Montreal, QC

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop complex software systems and applications, setting high standards for quality and innovation.
Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality.
Deliver solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Participate in Agile meetings, deliver project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements.
Learn, improve, and apply Client’s proprietary frameworks and best practices.
Write comprehensive tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability
Respond proactively to change, mastering current technical and business concepts as needed.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Required Skills
Years of development experience with proven ability to write optimized, productive, and clean code.
Core Java, Java EE, Spring/SpringBoot, Web Services, Relational databases
Experience with UI development framework (React, Redux, React hooks,



etc.).
Experience with AI coding assistants like copilot, using Agent mode, Skills, etc for software development, automation, reporting, or analytics.
Demonstrated experience in designing complex, large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, organizational,

and planning skills.
Strong work ethic, team-oriented spirit, and clear communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components, preferably using coding assistant.
Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and understand the financial aspects of technology decisions.

Good to have skills
Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipeline management, containerization,

observability tools.
Understanding of serverless architecture
Competency with source control systems (preferably git), CI/CD tools such as Jenkins,

ensuring streamlined development processes.
Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools
Basic understanding of Linux and Shell scripting
