College Ford of Taber is currently seeking Receptionist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
Answer and direct all incoming calls in a qualified and courteous manner
Direct customers to the appropriate individual or department
Perform administrative duties, including maintaining inventory lists, processing and posting client payments, and assisting with bookkeeping
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the customer waiting area

Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, skilled appearance, and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service while following established processes
Valid driver’s license

Additional Assets:
Previous dealership, service, ADP, or PBS experience an asset
Vehicle knowledge an asset




Wage dependent on experience
Full benefits after a 3-month probationary period
